In response to COVID-19, it may be some time before face-to-face arbitrations and other hearings are once again the norm. 

 

Currently, I am conducting remote hearings using video conferencing programs.  Zoom is a popular platform that offers helpful features that facilitate hearings, such as real-time document sharing and virtual break-out rooms.  I will also be using similar programs should you or your clients prefer.
